All Elite Wrestling (AEW) rolled into Bridgeport Wednesday and was it ever an amazing show.
We saw a surprise debut, a dream match and a tremendous battle royale.
Elsewhere on the card Eddie Kingston and Chris Jericho came face to face, MJF cut a passionate promo and Jade Cargill successfully defended the TBS title.
As always Gavin Axelrod and Joseph Casiaro have you covered on all things Dynamite!
Battle Royale Bonanza

Kyle O’Rielly and Bobby Fish, better known as ReDragon, are headed to Revolution. But it didn’t come without some trickery.
It all came down to the final four in Wednesday’s contest, with Matt and Nick Jackson, Kyle O’Reilly, Dark Harwood and John Silver in the mix. Harwood was eliminated and then right when it looked like Jackson and O’Reilly were going to eliminate Silver, the schenanigenz started.
O’Reilly went down with a shoulder injury, which allowed Jackson to take out Silver. However, O’Reilly used the momentary distraction to eliminate Jackson.
Following the match, AEW World Champion Adam Page made a beeline for the win. He cut a scathing promo on Adam Cole, warning him that he’d feel the boom at the Revolution pay-per-view.
Best kept secret, secret no more

Penta Oscuros successfully stole the win for his team Wednesday, but it’s what happened after the match that’ll have people talking.
The House of Black attacked PAC and Penta. Just as Malakair Black was about to hit Penta with a shovel, the lights went out. When they came back on, Buddy Matthews was standing in the ring.
Matthews helped the House of Black in their attack and ended the segment by curb stomping Penta into a chair, which got a huge ovation.
We need more time!

Wednesday’s main event between Daniel Garcia and Bryan Danielson was a banger, but it could’ve benefited from having more time.
The two put on a technical show and the variety of reversals and counters was tremendous. But in the end, Danielson put Garcia to sleep with a plethora of kicks to the face.
After the match, 2point0 came out to attack Danielson, but were thwarted by Moxley. The show went off the air with Danielson agreeing to the Revolution match.
Next week: Adam Cole teams with ReDragon to take on Adam Page, John Silver and Alex Reynolds. Plus the second tag team battle royale for a spot at Revolution and much more!
